Luke 22:42
"Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me; yet, not my will but yours be done." (Jesus)
Mark 4:39-41
[Jesus] woke up and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" Then the wind ceased, and there was a dead calm. He said to them, "Why are you afraid? Have you still no faith? And they were filled with great awe and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?"
Psalm 27:4-5
One thing I asked of the Lord,
that will I seek after:
to live in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to inquire in his temple.
Psalm 34:17-18
When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears,
and rescues them from all their troubles.
